    As part of the Koha Foods operations team, the Inventory Control Clerk position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking product movement, and assisting with inventory audits and reconciliation. This role plays a critical part in supporting inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and warehouse performance.

    Essential Functions:

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and system data

    • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

    • Track product movement and ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions

    • Coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure inventory accuracy

    • Verify product quantities and locations within the warehouse

    Essential Functions:

    • Build, maintain, and refresh product displays at assigned retail locations

    • Stock, rotate, and replenish products from back stock to sales floor

    • Verify pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signage for accuracy

    • Remove damaged, expired, or unsaleable products

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls

    • Take customer orders in person and over the phone

    • Safely operate company delivery trucks on assigned routes
