    Essential Functions

    • Enter and maintain production, recipe, and inventory data

    As part of the Koha Foods Delivery team, this position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers across O‘ahu while providing excellent customer service. Drivers play a key role in representing Koha Foods in the community and supporting our mission of quality and reliability.

    Essential Functions:

    • Safely operate company delivery trucks on assigned routes

    • Deliver and unload products at customer locations, placing items in designated storage areas

    • Verify invoices, collect COD payments, and manage product returns

    • Communicate with dispatch and management about route changes or issues

    • Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

    • Ensure trucks are clean, safe, and in good working condition

    • Execute mass-production cooking based on standardized recipes

    • Monitor cooking processes and maintain accurate temperatures and cooking times

    • Measure, portion, and handle ingredients precisely
