As part of the Koha Foods operations team, the Warehouse Receiver position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming products to ensure accuracy, quality, and inventory integrity. This role plays a critical part in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining efficient product flow.

Essential Functions:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

• Verify products against purchase orders and packing slips

• Safely unload, move, and store products in designated areas

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as applicable)

• Label, organize, and rotate inventory according to procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Job Description:

As part of the Koha Foods Delivery team, this position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers across O‘ahu while providing excellent customer service. Drivers play a key role in representing Koha Foods in the community and supporting our mission of quality and reliability.

Essential Functions:

• Safely operate company delivery trucks on assigned routes

• Deliver and unload products at customer locations, placing items in designated storage areas

• Verify invoices, collect COD payments, and manage product returns

• Communicate with dispatch and management about route changes or issues

• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Ensure trucks are clean, safe, and in good working condition

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures

• Basic technology skills; able to use delivery software on tablets

• Time management and attention to detail

• Military delivery experience or AAFES/DBIDS clearance is a plus

Required Education and Experience:

• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam to obtain a DOT Medical Card

This position operates on local delivery routes across O‘ahu. Drivers interact daily with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch, and work primarily in a truck and at customer sites.

This role plays a critical part in preparing pallets for drivers and supporting overall warehouse operations.

• Build and stage delivery routes according to route manifests

• Select and organize products from the staging area for assigned routes

• Assemble, wrap, and prepare pallets for driver pickup

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as applicable)

• Verify product accuracy and quantities prior to dispatch

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe staging area

• Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors
