As part of the Koha Foods operations team, the Inventory Control Clerk position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking product movement, and assisting with inventory audits and reconciliation. This role plays a critical part in supporting inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and warehouse performance.
Essential Functions:
Maintain accurate inventory records and system data
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Track product movement and ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions
Coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to ensure inventory accuracy
Verify product quantities and locations within the warehouse
Assist with inventory adjustments and reporting

As part of the Koha Foods Sales team, the Retail Merchandiser position is responsible for ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, displayed, and represented at retail locations throughout O‘ahu. This role plays a key part in maintaining product availability, supporting sales growth, and strengthening customer relationships.
Essential Functions:
Build, maintain, and refresh product displays at assigned retail locations
Stock, rotate, and replenish products from back stock to sales floor
Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
Verify pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signage for accuracy
Remove damaged, expired, or unsaleable products
Identify merchandising opportunities and communicate recommendations to management
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff
Represent Koha Foods professionally at all customer locations
