    As part of the Koha Foods operations team, the Dispatcher position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily delivery routes to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient distribution of products. This role plays a critical part in supporting communication between drivers, warehouse teams, and management.

    Essential Functions:

    • Coordinate and monitor daily delivery routes and driver schedules

    • Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and issues

    • Adjust routes as needed to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery

    • Serve as a point of contact between drivers, warehouse, and leadership

    • Track deliveries and maintain accurate route records

    • Assist in resolving delivery issues and operational challenges

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Job Description:

    As part of the Koha Foods Order Desk team, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for assisting customers with placing orders and answering product-related questions, both in person and over the phone. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and excellent customer service.

    Essential Functions:

    • Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls

    • Take customer orders in person and over the phone

    • Enter orders accurately into the system to generate invoices

    • Assist customers with product questions, availability, and pricing

    • Address customer concerns and assist with resolution

    • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies

    • Develop strong knowledge of company products to better support customers

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    This role is responsible for developing strong customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to overall sales growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to sales. Industry experience and established customer relationships are highly valued.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, chefs, and key accounts

    • Drive sales growth across assigned customer segments

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

    • Conduct regular customer visits and strategic meetings

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and service excellence

    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

    • Support pricing strategies, promotions, and product initiatives

    • Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of sales experience in foodservice, food distribution, CPG, or related industries

  • Job Description:

    As part of the Koha Foods Delivery team, this position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers across O‘ahu while providing excellent customer service. Drivers play a key role in representing Koha Foods in the community and supporting our mission of quality and reliability.

    Essential Functions:

    • Safely operate company delivery trucks on assigned routes

    • Deliver and unload products at customer locations, placing items in designated storage areas

    • Verify invoices, collect COD payments, and manage product returns

    • Communicate with dispatch and management about route changes or issues

    • Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork

    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

    • Ensure trucks are clean, safe, and in good working condition

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures

    • Basic technology skills; able to use delivery software on tablets

    • Time management and attention to detail

    • Military delivery experience or AAFES/DBIDS clearance is a plus
