Job Description:
As part of the Koha Foods Retail team, this position is responsible for managing assigned retail accounts throughout Kauaʻi through a combination of sales, account management, and hands-on merchandising. This position builds strong relationships with store personnel, manages product orders and sales opportunities, and ensures Koha Foods products are stocked, organized, properly displayed, and positioned to sell.

Essential Functions:

• Visit assigned retail accounts on a regular call schedule and maintain strong relationships with store managers and personnel

• Review inventory and sales needs and place orders for assigned accounts

• Introduce new products, promotions, and samples and communicate product features and selling points

• Identify opportunities to increase sales, expand product placement, and secure displays or secondary locations

• Stock, rotate, and replenish products from back stock to the sales floor

• Build, maintain, and refresh product displays and promotional areas

• Maintain store planograms and schematics to support product visibility and maximize sales

• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, shelf tags, and promotional signage

• Remove damaged, expired, or unsaleable products and manage product credits as needed

• Monitor competitor products, shelf space, promotions, and merchandising activity

• Investigate and help resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate sales order delivery dates with established warehouse delivery schedules

• Communicate account updates, sales opportunities, and concerns to Sales Management

• Assist retail accounts with product resets and other merchandising projects

• Maintain accurate weekly sales logs and required documentation

As part of the Koha Foods Delivery team, this position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers across O‘ahu while providing excellent customer service. Drivers play a key role in representing Koha Foods in the community and supporting our mission of quality and reliability.

Essential Functions:

• Safely operate company delivery trucks on assigned routes

• Deliver and unload products at customer locations, placing items in designated storage areas

• Verify invoices, collect COD payments, and manage product returns

• Communicate with dispatch and management about route changes or issues

• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Ensure trucks are clean, safe, and in good working condition
